3-Story office building project completed by Brighton A/C, Inc.

Brighton Air Conditioning, Inc. has completed the mechanical portion of the Power One Credit Union Project / Pembroke Pines.  HVAC scope of this 3 story building included (160) tons of roof top equipment, VAV Boxes, complete building automation system,  fire/smoke dampers, etc..   Brighton's sheet metal shop was responsible for manufacturing over 38,000 lbs. of sheet metal for the project.  Stiles Construction Company was the General Contractor. Brighton completed the shell building, as well as the 1st and 2nd floor build outs.
