Brighton Awarded Bank of
America Critical Facility / Ft Lauderdale
| Solutions, Inc. has
selected Brighton Air Conditioning, Inc. for the mechanical portion of a
critical regional office for the
Bank of America in Ft Lauderdale. The project shall encompass a
first and second generation build-out of 18,500 square feet. HVAC
scope shall include approximately 80 tons of new and existing roof top
equipment, Liebert DX systems, chilled water system, 8500lbs sheet metal,
web-based HVAC control systems, etc. The project will also include the
retrofit of existing and addition of HVAC equipment to the critical
computer room within the facility. The new project comes as work at
the critical facility in Miami Lakes is completed. In order to
work on the project, Brighton's staff had to be CEWA certified by the Trammel
Crow Company.
